His Grace Nectarie of Bogdania, the new Auxiliary Bishop of the Archdiocese of Chișinău. Congratulations message sent by the President of CAPDR, Ion ȘTEFANOVICI

100 economic opportunities for the development of the Moldova Region on the A7 Highway route
Your Grace Bishop Nectarie of Bogdania,
On the occasion of Your Eminence’s election as Vicar Bishop of the Archdiocese of Chișinău, we extend our most sincere congratulations and blessings! Your election is a testament to the grace and dedication you have devoted to the Church and its faithful, guiding souls towards light, wisdom, and truth.
In this new mission, which naturally follows your rich monastic, spiritual, and administrative activity carried out with great worthiness, we wish you strength, foresight, and blessings to bring peace and unity to the faithful of Bessarabia. Your spiritual roots, which trace back to the monasteries of Putna and Sihăstria Putnei—places of sanctity and sacrifice—will serve as both a shield and guidance in this new stage of your service.
Through Your Eminence, the Metropolis of Bessarabia receives a chosen shepherd, a wise guide, and a devoted hierarch with a clear vision of his mission. May the work you are about to undertake bear abundant fruit in the spiritual life of the faithful and in strengthening our spiritual and national unity.
This moment of profound significance also finds us at a crucial stage in regional cooperation between Romania and the Republic of Moldova, through the joint projects we are developing to strengthen economic, social, and cultural ties. This spring, CAPDR and ADR Chișinău will launch a joint project—an initiative aimed at supporting sustainable development and integrating regional opportunities, providing a solid framework for collaboration between institutions and the business environment on both sides of the Prut River.
Viewed in this light, Your Eminence’s election takes on a special significance, reaffirming the importance of spiritual unity and cooperation for the common development of the region.
In this context, we express our desire and hope to receive Your Eminence’s blessing for this important project, and at the same time, we have the honor of inviting you to its official launch, which will take place at the beginning of April at the Palace of the Republic in Chișinău. Your Eminence’s presence would be a great blessing and a sign of unity and support for this strategically significant initiative for our region.
On behalf of the Center for Analysis and Regional Development Planning – CAPDR, as well as all those who appreciate and support you in this noble mission, we wish you health, strength, and fulfillment in the service of the Church and the Romanian people!
With highest esteem,
Ion Stefanovici
President of CAPDR
