Chișinău, September 11, 2025 – This morning, the launch conference of the project “Good Practices and Knowledge Transfer for Strengthening Administrative Capacity in Regional Development Policy between Romania and the Republic of Moldova” (code ROMD00709) is taking place, implemented under the Interreg NEXT Romania – Republic of Moldova Program.
The event is held at Palatul Republicii, 2nd floor, Chișinău, gathering experts and officials from regional development, public administration, business, education, medical, and cultural sectors, as well as members of the diplomatic corps and the media.
Project Objectives
The project, implemented by the Center for Analysis and Planning of Regional Development (CAPDR) Iași, in partnership with the Regional Development Agency of Chișinău (ADR), aims to strengthen cross-border cooperation and develop administrative capacity in regional policy.
Key objectives include:

Transfer of good practices between Romania and the Republic of Moldova;

Development of administrative and institutional competencies for implementing regional policies;

Creation of a joint regional development strategy, with clearly segmented priorities and identification of strategic partners in each area.
