Officially, spring has arrived. Unofficially, it’s snowing in the mountains like in a fairy tale. A perfect metaphor for the year we’re going through: you expect a thaw, but you get a storm.
Political, economic, and security instability – all overlapping like thick layers of snow that refuse to leave. And, as every year, we ask ourselves the same question: when, truly, will spring arrive?
