Welcome to our Volunteers Department page! We are a dedicated team committed to contributing to regional development and reducing economic and social disparities between regions in Romania and the rest of Europe. Our goal is to create and implement regional programs that support regional development policy, focusing on essential areas for societal progress such as economic growth and SMEs, transportation, agriculture, urban development, environmental protection, employment and vocational training, education, and gender equality.
Among our objectives are:
1. Promoting Workforce Development: We aim to support workers in acquiring new skills through training and education programs. By doing so, we not only enhance individuals’ employability but also support the local economy and promote social mobility.
2. Advancing Community Development: We undertake community-based projects and initiatives to improve the quality of life for residents. This may include ensuring affordable housing, improving public transportation services, and promoting environmental sustainability.
3. Promoting Regional Collaboration: We facilitate collaboration among local authorities, businesses, and community organizations to develop long-term regional plans aimed at stimulating economic growth and sustainable development.
4. Supporting Local Partnerships: We are committed to supporting and encouraging strong local partnerships. These partnerships contribute to defining intervention projects, monitoring, and evaluating strategies for regional development.
5. Contributing to Regional Evolution: We are actively involved in transforming our regions into knowledge-based societies and technological innovation hubs. Through our initiatives, we aim to support regional economies and contribute to a better quality of life for all residents.
