TOPIC: „Strategic planning for regional development and the importance of international cooperation in achieving european integration objectives”
Nicolae Hristov, Director of the Southern Regional Development Agency (RDA South) emphasized that regional development is an essential component for improving the quality of life for citizens and stimulating sustainable economic growth.
„At the core of our vision for regional development is the modernization of essential infrastructure, necessary for improving the quality of life for citizens and creating an environment conducive to sustainable economic growth”, explained Hristov, Director of RDA South.
Support from the European Union
A central element of the speech was the exposition of the benefits resulting from European Union support, which is essential for accelerating and aligning projects with European standards. ”These efforts benefit from the support of the European Union, whose assistance is vital for accelerating projects and aligning them with European standards and practices”, explained Hristov. The Director of RDA South continued to argue that the strategic objective of European integration is the central pillar of all RDA South initiatives: ”Our development efforts are deeply anchored in the strategic objective of European integration, which guides all our initiatives and projects.”
