TOPIC: “Bucovina Industrial Parks – Investment opportunities“
Professor Gheorghe Gutt highlighted the importance of industrial parks in Bucovina, providing details about the industrial park near the Airport and the available investment opportunities. He mentioned that Bucovina Industrial Park, located in the town of Siret, benefits from a strategic geographic position, situated near the “Ștefan cel Mare” Suceava International Airport.
“We have 14 hectares of land, including 8 industrial halls of 500 m² each, an exhibition park of 5,000 m², and 7,500 m² allocated for new investments”, explained Gheorghe Gutt, emphasizing the significant potential for industrial development in the region.
One of the recent projects is a signed contract for plastic materials recycling, which will occupy 10,000 m². “It is important to focus on sustainable investments that do not negatively impact the environment”, added Gutt.
Gheorghe Gutt also discussed the future of energy, emphasizing hydrogen as a fuel solution. “Hydrogen is the fuel of the future. In Europe, national plans for hydrogen are already in place”, stated the researcher, providing examples from Germany, where hydrogen is widely used in industry and transportation.
“In Germany, there are tractor plants operating on hydrogen, and in the United States, a hydrogen fuel cell-powered truck has been operational for several years”, said Gheorghe Gutt, highlighting the immense potential of this technology.
Professor Gutt concluded that, to attract investors, it is essential that the infrastructure and facilities offered are of the highest standard. “Investors need optimal conditions to develop their businesses. Therefore, it is crucial to invest in infrastructure and provide facilities that support economic growth”, concluded Gheorghe Gutt, General Director of Bucovina Industrial Parks S.A.
