The Public Administration department at CAPDR, focused on the Romania-Moldova relationship, operates based on the Romanian-Moldovan Cooperation Program in Local Public Administration signed in 2009. The common projects aim to facilitate the exchange of experience and best practices among local public administrations of the two countries, with the goal of improving public services and fostering sustainable development at the local level across the following directions:
