The Center for Analysis and Regional Development Planning (C.A.P.D.R.) and the Economic Magazine “Moldova Invest” are pleased to inform you about the opportunity to join as a Partner in the planning and preparation process for the Regional Economic Forum Moldova – 2024 edition.
This economic event will target countries in Southeast Europe, based on the cooperation platform between Romania and the Republic of Moldova. We are aware of the importance of strategic collaboration and are excited to develop a strong partnership to make this event significant for the entire Moldova Region.
Our aim is to gather business leaders, experts, decision-makers, and diplomatic representatives from the region to discuss the specific economic challenges and opportunities of Southeast Europe, highlighting the economic advantages and opportunities of the Moldova Region (Northeast Romania and the Republic of Moldova). In organizing the event, the Center for Analysis and Regional Development Planning collaborates with relevant ministries, embassies, investment agencies, and professional associations from Bucharest and Chisinau.
We would like to invite you to become a partner in planning and preparing this Forum, contributing with your expertise, resources, and network of contacts to make this event impactful in the Moldova region and the broader Southeast Europe region.
The general concept of the Regional Economic Forum Moldova (FERM) 2024 will focus on the following areas, to be implemented through the Departments of C.A.P.D.R.:
Themes and Agenda: We will develop a captivating and relevant theme focused on the economic challenges and opportunities specific to Southeast Europe, with a particular emphasis on the economic advantages of the Moldova Region. Major topics will include regional trade and investment, innovation and technology, sustainable development, infrastructure, tourism, health, transportation – with the list remaining open. To facilitate the establishment and implementation of foreign trade relations for companies in the Moldova Region, we will prepare a special guest section comprising representatives of non-EU states, former traditional markets, and partner countries of Romania and the Republic of Moldova.
Participants and Speakers: Leaders from the private sector, decision-makers, and economic experts from Romania, the Republic of Moldova, and Southeast European countries will be invited to participate in the Forum. We will identify influential and representative figures who can contribute to dialogue and create collaboration opportunities in the region.
Regional Collaboration: We aim to facilitate interaction and collaboration among participants through networking sessions, interactive discussions, and special events. We intend to stimulate the exchange of knowledge and experiences, promote regional collaboration, and initiate business partnerships in Southeast Europe.
Promotion and Visibility: A strong promotion strategy will be developed to increase the visibility and impact of the Regional Economic Forum Moldova 2024. We will use appropriate communication channels, including online media, mass media, business networks, and our partners, to ensure a strong presence and attract the right audience.
Logistic Support and Organization: We will ensure the necessary facilities and resources for the forum, including venue, audiovisual equipment, translation services, recording systems, and other logistical needs. Through collaboration, a well-structured program will be established to provide a valuable experience for participants.
Participation and Engagement: We can explore ways to actively involve partners in the Forum, such as organizing parallel sessions, networking sessions, or facilitating bilateral meetings among participants.
Evaluation and Follow-up: We will conduct periodic evaluations of the event to identify strengths and areas for improvement, ensuring that the established objectives are achieved. We will also monitor the post-event results and its impact on the business community and regional economy.
