MEMORANDUM OF COLLABORATION FOR MAPPING THE OPPORTUNITIES GENERATED BY THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE A7 HIGHWAY

I. Introduction

This memorandum of collaboration is presented for the purpose of developing a strategic partnership between local and central authorities, the business environment, academia, and other relevant entities, in order to map and exploit the economic, social, and infrastructure opportunities generated by the construction of the A7 Highway.

The main objective is to identify, analyze, and capitalize on the impact of the A7 Highway on regional economic development, job creation, improved connectivity, and attracting investments in the Moldova region.

II. Purpose of the collaboration

The collaboration between all parties involved aims to:
– Create a framework for dialogue and information exchange to identify opportunities and challenges.
– Develop joint solutions to maximize the positive impact of the highway on the region.

III. Relevant partners
